Papaya Smoothie

 
 

This papaya smoothie is one of my favorite ways to enjoy papaya!

This papaya smoothie is so easy to make, and will make you feel refreshed after a long day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ papaya

  • 2 cups milk of choice (I used almond milk)

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or other granulated sugar)

  • Ice (optional, but recommended if you want your smoothie cold)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Peel the papaya

2. Cut in half and remove the seeds

3. Cut again, so you have 4 quarters

4. Into a blender, add 1/4 papaya, milk, sugar and ice

5. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Ariel’s Tips:

  • You can enjoy the rest of the papaya as is, add it to a salad, or save it for later!
