Easy Beef Pot Roast
This shoulder roast is so moist and delicious. It’s easy to make, with no searing necessary.

Materials:
Dutch oven or cast iron pot
INGREDIENTS:
1 kosher beef shoulder roast
4 small white onions
2 small red onions
about 1/2 head of garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
About 1/4 cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425˚ F
Peel onions and garlic
Slice onions
Place half of the onions and garlic on the bottom of the pot
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp salt
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp pepper
Add some of the vinegar or wine
Place the meat on top
Add the rest of the salt, pepper, onions, garlic, and vinegar
Bake at 425˚F for 1 hour, then switch the temperature to 350˚F and bake for 2 hours
