Homemade Almond Milk From Almond Flour
This is by far the easiest way to make fresh almond milk at home! Perfect to add to smoothies, baked goods, or enjoy it as is!

Almond milk is by far my favorite vegan milk, and this homemade version tastes so much better than anything you can get from the store. I also love that it’s so simple to make and to customize, and you’ll be making it daily! :)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp. coconut sugar (or other granulated sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups water
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds.
Strain milk through cheese cloth
Pour into a pitcher or milk jug and enjoy!
Yields 4 cups of milk
Ariel’s Tips:
Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
After sitting in the fridge, the milk will separate. Just shake well before enjoying!
