TIPS WHEN MAKING MANGO SORBET:
For a smoother texture, use a high speed blender. For best results, double each recipe. Yields about 5-6 servings. For a creamier texture, use 2 avocados.
Why should you use avocado? Avocado makes the sorbet creamy and delicious. It resembles the texture of dairy ice cream. Avocado has a very mild taste and the flavor of the fruit overpowers the flavor of the avocado.
Freeze overnight and let it thaw 20 minutes before serving the next day. Makes beautiful ice cream scoops.
