INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen bananas (about 2 chopped bananas)
YIELDS ABOUT 2 SERVINGS
DIRECTIONS:
Chop and freeze two bananas overnight.
Place your bananas into a jar.
Blend with a handblender until the bananas have turned white.
Yields about 2 servings
