TIPS WHEN MAKING RASPBERRY SORBET:

  • You can also use frozen strawberries or blackberries for this recipe.

  • Since this recipe contains seeds, a high-speed blender is advised to achieve a smoother texture. It is also possible to make using a handblender.

  • When blending this sorbet, blend multiple times until fully combined.

  • Why should you use avocado? Avocado makes the sorbet creamy and delicious. It resembles the texture of dairy ice cream. Avocado has a very mild taste and the flavor of the fruit overpowers the flavor of the avocado.

  • Freeze overnight and let it thaw 20 minutes before serving the next day. Makes beautiful ice cream scoops.
