TIPS WHEN MAKING RASPBERRY SORBET:
You can also use frozen strawberries or blackberries for this recipe.
Since this recipe contains seeds, a high-speed blender is advised to achieve a smoother texture. It is also possible to make using a handblender.
When blending this sorbet, blend multiple times until fully combined.
Why should you use avocado? Avocado makes the sorbet creamy and delicious. It resembles the texture of dairy ice cream. Avocado has a very mild taste and the flavor of the fruit overpowers the flavor of the avocado.
Freeze overnight and let it thaw 20 minutes before serving the next day. Makes beautiful ice cream scoops.
