Mashed Cauliflower
This mashed cauliflower dish is the perfect addition to any protein of your choice!

SHOP INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
2 heads cauliflower (1 24 oz. bag of frozen cauliflower)
Salt, to taste
Generous drizzle of avocado oil
Yields about 3 servings
DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop the cauliflower into bite sized florets. (skip this step if using frozen cauliflower.)
2. Dump your florets into a medium sized pot
3. Fill the pot with water until it reaches half of the cauliflower
4. Bring to a boil, and turn off when you can insert a knife into the florets
5. Drain
6. Season with salt and oil
7. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy
6. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, and some fresh dill.
7. Enjoy with your favorite protein, like my zucchini boats, or garlic chicken breast!
