ARIEL’S TIPS
Every cocoa powder is different. Some cocoa powders absorb more water, so the brownies will be dryer and more difficult to blend. The brand that I have linked needs that amount of water in the recipe. If after blending for some time, your batter is still too thick or dry, gradually add more water a tablespoon at a time until you achieve the right texture. However, sometimes it may seem like your batter is too dry, but in reality it needs to be blended more.
Since every oven is different, play around with the baking time. Insert a toothpick into the brownies. It should come out dry.
