Lettuce Avocado Salad
Start your day with this easy, delicious, nutritious, lettuce avocado salad! It is amazing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack! Customize it with your favorite nuts, seeds, or cheese!

INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
1 head of Romain Lettuce, chopped
2 avocados, diced
3 radishes, chopped
parsley, chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
Dressing:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
sprinkle of cloves
squeeze of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Salad Directions:
Wash your veggies thoroughly and let them dry.
Add the chopped lettuce, diced avocados, chopped radishes, chopped parsley, and diced onion into a medium sized salad bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Mix well until combined.
Dressing Directions:
In a separate small bowl, add olive oil, salt, cloves and lemon juice.
Whisk together until combined.
TIPS WHEN MAKING LETTUCE AVOCADO SALAD:
When the lettuce is dry, the dressing sticks to it.
You know your salad is ready when there is a thin layer of avocado on the lettuce.
