Lettuce Avocado Salad

Start your day with this easy, delicious, nutritious, lettuce avocado salad! It is amazing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack! Customize it with your favorite nuts, seeds, or cheese!

INGREDIENTS:

Salad:

  • 1 head of Romain Lettuce, chopped

  • 2 avocados, diced

  • 3 radishes, chopped

  • parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 red onion, diced

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • sprinkle of cloves

  • squeeze of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

Salad Directions:

  1. Wash your veggies thoroughly and let them dry.

  2. Add the chopped lettuce, diced avocados, chopped radishes, chopped parsley, and diced onion into a medium sized salad bowl.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

  4. Mix well until combined.

Dressing Directions:

  1. In a separate small bowl, add olive oil, salt, cloves and lemon juice.

  2. Whisk together until combined.


TIPS WHEN MAKING LETTUCE AVOCADO SALAD:

  • When the lettuce is dry, the dressing sticks to it.

  • You know your salad is ready when there is a thin layer of avocado on the lettuce.
