Classic version:

  • 3 sweet potatoes

  • pinch of salt

  • Drizzle avocado oil

Garlic Version:

  • 3 sweet potatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Pinch of salt

  • Drizzle avocado oil

Cinnamon Version:

  • 3 sweet potatoes

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • drizzle of avocado oil

Yields 4 servings


DIRECTIONS:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

3. Slice each sweet potato in half

4. Add your choice of toppings

6. Bake for about 1.5 hours

Ariel’s Tips:

  • You can make all the sweet potatoes one flavor, or you can make each one different. It’s really up to you!

  • Check if your sweet potatoes are fully baked by inserting a fork. They should be soft.
