Zucchini Boats
Zucchini is in season, so lets turn it into these delicious zucchini boats! This simple recipe is great for any occasion, and can easily be prepared in advance.

INGREDIENTS:
3 zucchini
About 2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
some chopped herbs
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 375˚ F
2. Cut the tops off of your zucchini
3. Slice your zucchinis in half the long way
4. using a measuring spoon, hollow out the insides
5. chop up the flesh
6. add your ground beef to the zucchini flesh
7. chop up onions and garlic and place in a separate bowl
8. blend the onions and garlic
9. add onion and garlic mixture, salt, and pepper and herbs to the meat
10. mix
11. sprinkle salt on your zucchinis
12. separate the meat mixture into 6 parts
13. fill the zucchinis
14. cover with foil
15. bake covered for 1.5 hours
16 uncover and increase temperature to 400 ˚F and bake for 30 more min
