Broccoli Stir Fry
Say goodbye to boring broccoli, and hello to this delicious stir fry!

SHOP INGREDIENTS:
Hearts of Palm Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
2 24 oz bags of frozen broccoli
2 packs hearts of palm pasta
1 white onion
Avocado oil
Salt, to taste
Yields 8 servings
DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice the onion into thin slices
2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion with a drizzle of avocado oil until golden. Set aside.
3. Place hearts of palm pasta into the skillet, along with another drizzle of avocado oil. Cook until softened. Set aside.
4. Place frozen broccoli into the skillet. Cover with lid, and wait for the broccoli to defrost.
5. Once the broccoli have defrosted, keep the lid on until the water inside has started to boil.
6. Remove the lid, and allow the water to evaporate.
7. Once the water has evaporated, add in the cooked onions, hearts of palm pasta, drizzle of avocado oil, and salt to your taste.
8. Once broccoli have softened to your liking, remove the heat.
9. Enjoy this dish as is, or you can add in chicken, beef, or avocado.
10. Serve along with a salad or your favorite protein.
