Moist Garlic Chicken Breast
You will never eat a dry chicken breast again. This recipe is so easy to make, and makes the moistest chicken every time! Enjoy as is, or slather on garlic paste to take your chicken to the next level.

Chicken Breasts:
INGREDIENTS:
2 kosher chicken breasts (if using non-kosher, add salt to your taste)
Pepper, to your taste
Drizzle avocado oil
1 head of garlic
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425˚ F
Place your chicken breasts in a baking tray
Add un-pealed garlic cloves
Add salt and pepper to your taste
Drizzle avocado oil
Bake for about 30 min
Drizzle olive oil and enjoy as is or with garlic paste
Garlic Paste:
INGREDIENTS:
Baked garlic (from the chicken)
Some chopped dill
Sprinkle salt
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze out baked garlic
Add dill and salt
Mash
Slather on your chicken
Enjoy!
Ariel’s Tips:
I am using kosher chicken, which is pre-salted, so I will not be adding any salt
This chicken is great with any side dishes, and can be easily customized. Add your favorite spices depending on your taste.
